Problem: The previous version of the extension only supported
PascaLIGO dialect. We need to add syntax highlighting and
activation events for ReasonLIGO and CameLIGO.
Solution: Add .tmlanguage.json files for ReasonLIGO and CameLIGO,
add activation events.
